Gagan provides leadership to GlobalStep, a world leader in technology services that is on a fast growth track based on the sound business model of creating value for customers by providing solutions that reduce costs and enhance capability. Prior to working at GlobalStep, he was a strategy and operations partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. And before that, he held senior operational positions in high-tech manufacturing where he honed quality assurance skills in the manufacture of high-precision electronic components. He was an early adopter of the ISO 9000 standards in the early 90's.
